Wild Africa Hotel

The Wild Africa Hotel is a five-star luxury resort featuring 78 premium rooms, a world-class spa, two swimming pools, conference facilities, and a luxury camp. To support the resort’s high-end amenities and guest capacity, an efficient and durable wastewater treatment system was required.

Access Tanks was selected by the designing engineer to manufacture the tank for this project. Once again, we were the obvious choice for this project due to our unique ability to custom build the tank to engineered site-specific requirements.

The treatment system selected by the designing engineer was a 65kL DN2400 Modifiable Volume Tank. The “All-in-One” 65kL tank consisted of:

• A 35,000L septic tank
• Two integrated 15,000L pump chambers

As with our previous 60kL tank installed at the Monarto Safari Park Visitor Centre, the “All-in-One” 65kL tank was chosen for its:

• Exceptional corrosion-resistant qualities
• Long-life expectancy of 100+ years, providing the client with peace of mind

Weighing only 12 tons, the “All-in-One” tank made installation very easy for the installing contractor, with the process completed within 30 minutes. There was no need for the tedious and time-consuming installation of multiple tanks or for tanks to be built on-site, which can create problems such as pipe cracking and leakage.

The “All-in-One” 65kL Modifiable Volume Tank installation saved valuable time and money for both the installing contractor and client.
